About this role

As a Software Engineer, Test on the Dispatch Engineering Proton Squad, you will own automated test coverage for ServiceTitan's high-traffic scheduling and dispatching systems. This hands-on role focuses on building end-to-end and component tests using Playwright and K6, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and leveraging AI-assisted workflows for debugging and investigation. You will collaborate with the team to ensure quality sign-offs for production deployments while tracking defects in Jira.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain end-to-end and component tests using Playwright and Cypress.
Develop K6 load and performance tests for high-traffic dispatch paths.
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous deployment.
Utilize AI-assisted workflows for test creation, debugging, and issue investigation.
Document and track defects in Jira with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.
