The Software Engineer will contribute to NiCE’s Work Force Management cloud product line, working with engineers, architects, and product managers to advance cloud-based contact center solutions. The role offers exposure to modern cloud technologies and an opportunity to grow into a leadership position while collaborating within cross-functional agile teams. The position reports to the Group Lead, Engineering, CXone WFM and emphasizes professional development and high standards of execution.
