Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team working across Java backend, modern frontend frameworks, and Node.js-based microservices. Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications deployed on AWS Cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements, system architecture, and sprint plans. Set engineering best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, security, and cloud-native development. Review code, troubleshoot performance issues, and support production systems with a focus on reliability and scalability.
