About this role

The Lead of Software Engineering Program Management for Block Hardware will own the discipline strategy and lead a team of Software EPMs responsible for delivering complex payment and Bitcoin hardware products. This role focuses on shaping systems and processes, ensuring successful system-level integration and launches, and building cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and manufacturing. The position requires deep technical domain knowledge in consumer electronics, embedded/firmware systems, and hardware–software integration.
