This role supports the transition of eBao life insurance core system ownership to the Taiwan IT team by performing architecture analysis, translating requirements, and creating system design documentation. The position acts as a bridge between business users and development teams to ensure new requirements are properly scoped, analyzed, and delivered with stable quality. It involves collaborating on claims, premium collection, and finance-related analyses while supporting BAU operations.
