This role supports the transition of eBao life insurance core system ownership to the Taiwan IT team by performing architecture analysis, translating requirements, and creating system design documentation. It acts as a bridge between business users and the development team to ensure new requirements are properly scoped, analyzed, and delivered with stable quality. The position also involves supporting BAU operations and handling production issues related to claims, premium collection, and finance.
