Leonardo’s four-year Software Engineering Apprenticeship in Edinburgh is an entry-level paid programme combining workplace learning with university study leading to a BSc (Hons) in Software Development for Business. Apprentices rotate across the business working on real projects alongside experienced professionals and receive academic and on-site support throughout the fixed-term placement. The programme includes eligibility for UK security vetting and is delivered with a hybrid working model.
