The Software & ML Engineering Manager — New Products will lead a growing team to build 0-to-1 capabilities that turn telematics data into actionable incident detection and operator workflows across hardware, firmware, and cloud. This role partners closely with Product, Design, Firmware, and Data Science to define technical strategy, ship end-to-end features, and scale systems for large fleets. It is a visible leadership position focused on hiring, developing engineers, and establishing engineering excellence while operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
