Software UI UX Designer III

The Software UI UX Designer III at Nextpower is responsible for defining, evolving, and ensuring the quality of the user experience across the company's software products, including legacy platforms and new SaaS solutions focused on energy, operational performance, and digital governance. This role involves collaborating with Product, Development, and Business teams to promote a user-centric approach, focusing on usability, visual consistency, and perceived value. The designer will play a key role in creating and maintaining the corporate Design System, redesigning legacy interfaces, and conceptualizing new digital experiences that reinforce the company's visual identity and product scalability.
