Solar & BESS Technician I

AES CE is hiring a Solar/BESS Technician to perform operations and maintenance for utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage sites across Southern California. The role supports preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to ensure plants operate to high industry standards and offers opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding renewable energy company. The position reports to field service leads and involves working at multiple regional sites in the Antelope Valley, Kern County, Victor Valley, and surrounding areas.
