The Solar & BESS Technician I is an entry-level field role on AES’s Operations team responsible for supporting the safe, reliable operation of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage assets. This site-based position is located at the McFarland site in Dateland, AZ and requires daily commuting to the facility. The role offers hands-on exposure to energy storage and solar technologies and opportunities for professional growth as AES expands its portfolio.
