Legence
This role is an immersive co-op program for mechanical or electrical engineering students to gain hands-on experience in Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) and solar photovoltaic systems. Participants assist engineers in full project lifecycle stages, from site audits and energy modeling to constructing design documents and verifying installations. The program aims to develop students into full-time caliber employees by exposing them to challenging, real-world projects under professional supervision.
