The O&M Technician supports the operation and reliability of commercial solar energy systems across Illinois. Working within the Operations & Management team, the role focuses on field-based upkeep of rooftop solar assets to ensure safe and efficient performance. Multiple tiers (1–4) allow for both entry-level and experienced technicians to contribute at appropriate responsibility levels.
