Solar Site Construction Manager

This role leads field operations for medium-to-large solar construction projects, overseeing on-site execution from mobilization through commissioning. The position serves as the primary liaison between the field, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are built safely, on schedule, and in compliance with quality standards. The Site Construction Manager collaborates with the project management team to align field and office operations and maintain a motivated, safe work environment.
