About this role
The Junior Solar Technician will support the Facility Manager at the Markum solar power plant, assisting with operations and maintenance of plant equipment including substation components, inverters, trackers, combiner boxes, and balance-of-plant systems. The role focuses on performing inspections, preventative maintenance, MV switching operations, outage coordination, and electrical component IR scanning. The position is onsite at the Markum facility in McLennan/Bosque County, TX, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and some off-hour commitments.
