About this role
The Solomon Islands Country Lead is the Operating Unit Director responsible for strategic direction and operational leadership of The Nature Conservancy’s Solomon Islands Program. Based in Honiara, they ensure alignment with TNC’s global and regional goals and represent TNC to external partners and stakeholders. The role reports to the Oceania Director and supports fundraising, program delivery, and shared services for the country program.
