About this role

An experienced LIMS Solution Analyst leads requirements gathering and User Requirements Specification (URS) development for new LabVantage site deployments. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the role ensures requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with regulatory and operational needs. Key duties include collaborating with external IT providers, managing system integrations with SAP, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops and interviews to capture functional and non-functional requirements for new LIMS deployments
Produce comprehensive User Requirements Specifications compliant with GxP and regulatory standards
Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure requirements are implementable
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing by developing scripts and tracking resolutions
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and impacts
