About this role

The Solution Architect will join Zscaler’s Professional Services team within the Customer Success organization to support customer onboarding and ensure successful adoption of the platform. The role partners with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into tailored cloud-native security solutions, guides technical decision-making, and supports delivery throughout the project lifecycle. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Professional Services and Consulting and contributes to customer satisfaction and long-term success.
