Solution Consultant

MetricStream is seeking a Solution Consultant to join the Customer Services team, focusing on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions for their Integrated GRC platform. The role involves collaborating with customers, product management, and QA teams to elicit requirements, design functional specifications, and support the end-to-end implementation and testing of GRC modules. Key activities include requirement gathering, gap analysis, user acceptance testing, and acting as a subject matter expert to guide clients and junior team members.
