About this role

The Solution Train Engineer leads the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of a complex technical Solution Train within a large-scale Agile and cyber-centric Department of Defense environment. This role facilitates Solution Train events, manages value flow across multiple Agile Release Trains, and ensures alignment among engineering teams, program leadership, vendors, and external cybersecurity organizations. The position requires a hands-on leader who guides and coaches teams in Lean-Agile and systems engineering practices while resolving cross-team impediments and risks.

Facilitate Solution Train execution and large-scale organizational ceremonies
Coordinate architectural alignment and technical interdependencies across multiple Agile Release Trains
Guide and coach Release Train Engineers and technical leads in Lean-Agile practices
