About this role
The Solutions Architect is a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers in North America, helping them evaluate and adopt GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform and guiding digital transformation. The role partners closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, owns technical evaluations (POCs/POVs), shapes solution architectures, and surfaces customer feedback to Product. In the first year the focus is on driving platform adoption, influencing revenue through solution selling, and building long-term customer relationships.
