Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect serves as a supply chain advisor and integration technologist, partnering with the Sales team to own the technical narrative from initial discovery through close. This role involves designing end-to-end integration architectures, conducting discovery sessions, and demonstrating the value of Cleo's platform to prospective and existing customers. The position requires translating technical architecture into business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders while leveraging AI capabilities to drive measurable ROI.
