Solutions Configuration Manager

The Solutions Configuration Manager leads a small team while serving as a hands-on contributor for configuring and building complex, SKU-level BOMs and solutions for enterprise clients. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and throughput of team output, setting standards for client environment discovery, and managing the most high-stakes configurations. The position requires strong technical expertise in enterprise IT products, BOM structures, and CPQ/ERP tools, alongside the ability to coach team members and drive process improvements.
