The Solutions Engineer, AI Pilots will drive adoption and successful deployment of Talkdesk’s agentic AI products for enterprise customers, helping trials convert to production and accelerating ACV growth. This role serves as a technical bridge between customers, global system integrators, and internal product and sales teams, translating AI technology into clear business outcomes. The role requires strong domain knowledge of generative and agentic AI and the ability to represent Talkdesk externally at events and technical workshops.
