Solutions Engineer

A Solutions Engineer at Sift is responsible for technical implementation and customer success, ensuring the platform adds value to complex engineering organizations. This role involves collaborating with enterprise customers to identify high-value problems, design tailored solutions, manage multiple implementations, and drive product adoption. The engineer will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and the product team, leveraging a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to facilitate successful outcomes. Familiarity with data architectures, cloud infrastructure, and telemetry systems is preferred, along with effective stakeholder management abilities.
