About this role
The role is a customer-facing advocate for Razorpay’s product suite who supports the integrations team in implementing solutions for enterprise merchants. The individual will liaise between merchants, integrations, and product teams to ensure successful platform integrations and to relay customer product requirements back to Product. This position reports to the Leads of the Integrations Team within Business Engineering.
