About this role

BigID is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of their sales process, bridging the gap between deal cycles and post-sales implementation. This role involves designing and executing hands-on Proof of Concepts, configuring complex integrations, and leading technical deployments in customer environments. The engineer will also troubleshoot issues, write automation scripts, and collaborate with development teams to improve product functionality based on field feedback.
