Solutions Engineer

As a Senior Solution Engineer for Internet and Mass-Scale Infrastructure (I&MI), you will serve as the lead technical authority and trusted advisor for Cisco's Service Provider routing, optical networking, and automation solutions across Japan. Based in Tokyo with hybrid work flexibility, you will partner closely with Account Executives (AEs), customer technical leaders, and Cisco Engineering to drive architectural strategy, lead complex solution design, execute proofs of concept (PoCs), and secure the technical win on high-impact customer engagements. Your success will be driven by your deep domain expertise in mass-scale networking, your ability to translate complex customer challenges into compelling technical architectures, and the collaborative relationships you cultivate across customer engineering teams, partners, and Cisco’s global Business Units.
