The Solutions Manager oversees the end-to-end operational onboarding and offboarding of clients, managing content management and resolving administrative inquiries. This role serves as the primary client-facing representative for backend teams, ensuring seamless account setups, catalog ingestions, and digital rights workflows. The position requires navigating complex technical platforms to advocate for client needs and maintain catalog integrity throughout the client lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end client onboarding and lifecycle management from contract to offboarding
Manage digital release operations, content catalog maintenance, and rights dispute resolution
