The Solutions Manager role is a client-facing position embedded within Relationship Teams, responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of artists and labels, content management, and resolving operational and administrative inquiries. This position serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal administrative teams, ensuring efficient troubleshooting, smooth release workflows, and proactive support for client growth and expansion. The role also involves managing existing digital catalogs, advising on product logistics, and coordinating physical supply chain activities.
