Sommelier

The Sommelier is an integral member of the restaurant's Service team, responsible for providing guests with a memorable wine experience and ensuring the excellence of the beverage program. This role involves partnering with the Beverage Director to create and maintain an enticing wine program, educating the service team on beverage selections, and delivering a financially responsible wine program. The position requires strong knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to enhance the overall guest experience.
