Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP)

The 12‑month STEP program is a dynamic, intensive rotational experience that provides emerging professionals with hands‑on exposure to warehouse/logistics, sales, project quoting, marketing/e‑commerce, and outside sales across OneSource Distributors. Participants receive on‑the‑job training, e‑learning, mentorship, and all‑expense‑paid travel to company locations, culminating in a presentation to executive leadership.
