Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP)

The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) is an intensive rotational program designed to educate and develop skills in emerging professionals through hands-on experience in various business aspects. Participants will gain exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, project management, and analytics, culminating in a presentation to Executive Leadership. The program aims to establish careers within the organization through mentorship, special assignments, and a culture focused on performance and sustainability.
