Sonepar
The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals (STEP) program is a 12-month intensive rotational opportunity designed to educate and develop emerging professionals through hands-on experience in various business aspects. Participants gain exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, and project management while building business acumen through mentorship and specialized training. The program concludes with a presentation to executive leadership on key strategic initiatives.
