The SOP & Training Content Development Intern at the Arkansas Food Innovation Center supports the creation of clear, user-friendly documentation and instructional videos for a shared-use commissary kitchen. Over a 90-day period, the intern will help build an onboarding library that enables food entrepreneurs to safely and confidently use commercial kitchen equipment. The role offers exposure to food safety practices, commercial kitchen workflows, and industry-standard equipment while building skills in documentation and process communication.

- Current Arkansas state resident
