About this role
The Site Manager at Ashland's Personal Care business will lead the overall operations of the Sophia Antipolis chemical process manufacturing site, including responsibility for the on-site R&D function and representation of manufacturing within the Biofunctionals SBU. The role reports to the Personal Care Manufacturing Operations Director and focuses on aligning site activities with corporate strategy and cross-site collaboration to support the Biofunctionals business.
