S&OP/IBP

The S&OP/IBP role is responsible for governing and coordinating the monthly S&OP/IBP cycle, ensuring the integration of demand, supply, inventory, logistics, and finance. This position consolidates the end-to-end supply chain plan to align planning with business objectives, develops scenarios to evaluate risks and opportunities, and facilitates executive decision-making. The role involves monitoring results, proposing continuous improvements to the planning process, and tracking agreements and action plans to ensure plan compliance.
