The Sourcing Analyst will support Rio Tinto's Gladstone assets by developing and executing tender activities, sourcing strategies, and supplier negotiations to deliver safe, efficient and cost‑effective outcomes. Working within a global procurement team, the role collaborates with site stakeholders, PacOps sites, and corporate functions while reporting to the Senior Sourcing Specialist.
