Sourcing Cost Efficiency Manager

The Sourcing Cost Efficiency Manager identifies, validates, and executes margin-improvement initiatives across the business unit's manufacturing and supply portfolio. This role focuses on developing robust should-cost models to challenge supplier pricing and managing the end-to-end Transfer of Work to highly cost-effective, strategic global suppliers. Based in Matamoros, Mexico, the position serves as a critical link between engineering, plant operations, and global sourcing to systematically eliminate waste and drive total cost reduction.
