The Sourcing Manager- Industrial Components will build and lead APPLIED Adhesives’ strategic sourcing capability, transitioning the function from transactional activities to a disciplined, scalable business capability. This role involves developing category strategies, leading supplier negotiations, and establishing governance and tools to reduce supply risk and improve supplier performance. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective sourcing decisions and may involve hiring and leading additional team members as the function matures.
