Sourcing Manager

The Sourcing Manager oversees and manages the procurement process for raw materials, components, and services required for TICO’s manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and managing supplier relationships to align with company objectives and quality standards. The position also involves directly supervising two Sourcing Specialists, providing direction, training, and mentoring to ensure the team effectively supports manufacturing and business goals.
