Sourcing Manager

Responsible for developing sourcing strategies to align with the overall goals of Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation, leveraging purchasing volume to ensure high-quality contractual agreements at the lowest total cost. The role involves negotiating contracts with key suppliers, managing the Request For process, and utilizing benchmarking tools to validate pricing. This position requires acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders, legal, finance, risk, and vendors to ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies.
