Sourcing & Procurement Team Lead

This role leads the Sourcing & Procurement teams for an assigned customer category, ensuring raw material requirements are met through the entire procurement process from purchase order to payment. The position involves coordinating with planning and suppliers to manage risks, resolve issues, and support production and delivery commitments. The job holder is also responsible for adhering to the organization's Health & Safety guidelines and protocols.
