Sourcing Specialist

The Sourcing Specialist supports and executes sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories and steel and fabricated commodities. This role partners with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to drive cost reduction, manage supplier performance, and ensure supply continuity. The position requires strong analytical skills, developing negotiation capabilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
