Sous-Chef (Relief)

The Sous-Chef (Relief) supports First Start Catering and Food Services by creating recipes, preparing meals, and managing kitchen operations in a high‑volume environment. This unionized, part‑time role requires at least two days per week, with flexible daytime shifts, and involves collaboration with the Chef, staff, volunteers, and clients to deliver quality catering services.
