Sous Chef

A Sous Chef supports the Chef in leading a kitchen team to ensure high-quality food production and guest satisfaction in a service-oriented environment. The role involves supervising daily food service operations, managing inventory, coaching staff, and maintaining strict health and safety standards. This is a full-time seasonal position that requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including the ability to ski or snowboard.
