Sous Chef

This role involves utilizing creative culinary talent to develop original menu items, displays, and daily specials for the TPC Sawgrass clubhouse. The position requires leading and directing kitchen staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling, while maintaining high standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety. Candidates will also assist in cost control, inventory management, and the implementation of training programs to ensure guest satisfaction.
