Sous Chef

The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the culinary and dining department, overseeing staff, ensuring food quality, and handling menu planning and supply ordering. This role includes supervising culinary personnel, maintaining portion and cost controls, and stepping in during emergencies or the Executive Chef’s absence to achieve resident satisfaction.
