Sous Chef

The Sous Chef will join the kitchen team at The Tivoli in Cambridge to help shape the food offering by developing menus and cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients. This role involves supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, leading services, and mentoring junior chefs to ensure high standards and an exceptional guest experience.
