Sous Chef

The Sous Chef leads daily kitchen operations and provides hands-on leadership to the culinary team, focusing on either Outlets or Banquets. This role involves overseeing production and service, enhancing menu offerings, and fostering collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams. The position requires administrative support for inventory and scheduling while upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards.
